Description Extended Information   Grapes from the best-known regions of Chianti are used to make our Chianti DOCG. Fermentation is aided by racking and punch-downs in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats. Our Chianti DOCG is then aged for four months in stainless steel and concrete vats. Color: Ruby red. Aroma: Ruffino Chianti DOCG is an approachable, easy-drinking wine that has predominantly fruity and floral aromatics, with hints of spice and hazelnut. Tasting profile: On the palate, Chianti DOCG is soft with a medium body and nice balance, displaying pleasantly fruity characteristics.
